manual project is porous with an objective to experiment and explore the structure of book as exhibition space through the reader. The manuals began as an extension of my studio practice but aims to broaden a community of thinkers through collaboration when possible. Manuals serve as documented investigations. They are invitations to encourage new approaches and interrelations between language, image, inquiry, and speculation. The manuals cross pollinate over a wide range of fields. The intentions are to learn ways of sharing how thinking through practice produces knowledge and unexpected connections that bridge between artist and researcher. The trajectory to foster reflection, conversation, and collaboration. It is a research tool in practice.
